By accessing The Fine Design website (thefinedesign.com), you acknowledge and fully understand The Fine Design’s Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Privacy Statement.

IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A SERVICE OR ADVERTISING ITEMS FROM The Fine Design WE WILL DIRECT YOU TO PAYPAL SERVICE TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a payment by credit card or by other options through this service. The financial transaction is entirely independent from The Fine Design, and we don’t have any means or desire to gather your financial information during that process. PayPal service is a very well established standard for safe internet financial transactions. Using PayPal service makes your payment transaction safe for you and for The Fine Design. Any financial information you provide to PayPal during the payment process will be used according to PayPal service Privacy Policy, User Agreement and other Pay Pal Policies. We encourage you to read these documents before you enter the transaction.
We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including:
